Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate our annual Chef Artist Dinner on Thursday, April 30, at the beautiful Hotel Encanto in Las Cruces. This year, we featured guest chefs from Heritage Hotels! This event included a reception with specialty cocktails and appetizers, and a five-course meal with specially selected wine pairings as well as a photo booth and silent auction.

This event was planned and executed by the HRTM 4110 - Meetings, Convention, and Special Events class, supervised by Chef Instructor Danielle Young and sponsored by Heritage Hotels. Thank you also to all of our donors to the silent auction and additional sponsorship toward the event.
