Lunches

100 West Café is a food laboratory for students in our HRTM 3310 and 4320 classes to provide hands on experience in food preparation and service. We have a new menu and decor courtesy of our HRTM 3210 Marketing class and are proud to introduce the Westside Bistro lunch series. We are located in Gerald Thomas Hall at 940 College Drive on NMSU's Main Campus in Las Cruces, NM.
Our delicious lunches are available on Fridays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for dine-in or carryout with a $2 surcharge for carryout. We are featuring a "a la carte" menu that allows you to design the meal you want with a selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts and sides as well as weekly specials designed by our students.
We are no longer accepting individual reservations for tables. However, for reservations of parties of 8 or more, please contact Danielle Young at danielly@nmsu.edu.
Seating will start at 11:00 am and end at 1:00 pm. To place a carryout order, please call 575-646-5805 on the day of service between 9 am and 11 am.
While we appreciate your support of our program, we ask that you not tip the students. Instead, if you would like to make a donation to the program, please see someone in the HRTM office.

Appetizers:
Apple Red Chile Wings: Six crispy chicken wings tossed in our housemade apple red chile sauce. Served with a side of ranch dressing. $6.99
Avocado Fries with Spicy Lime Ranch: Avocado wedges battered in our house breading and cooked to crispy perfection. Served with a side of our housemade spicy lime ranch dressing. $6.99
Entrees: Each entree served with a choice of one side and comes with a beverage
Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp sautéed with shallots and jalapeños in a white wine, garlic, and butter sauce, served with linguine. Substitute asparagus for a vegetarian option. $13.99
Carne Asada Flatbread: Our house-marinated flank steak, grilled to perfection, served on flatbread with housemade chimichurri sauce, pickled red onions, avocado, cotija cheese, and drizzled with lime crema. $13.99
